REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

- Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours unless they have not yet been shipped.

- To cancel an order, customers must log in to their account on the platform, navigate to their order history, and select the order they wish to cancel. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on the financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
